BASF Coatings Services AG is a preferred supplier of automotive refinishing and industrial coatings in Switzerland.

What you can expect

  • You maintain the key accounts (OEMs, Body Shop Chains and Car Dealer Ships, Importers, Fleet, Leasing Companies, Insurances) assigned to you and provide ongoing customer support.

  • You develop and implement customer relationship management strategies and communicate with key customers to monitor their expectations and satisfaction.

  • You identify new business leads and contact prospective key customers to promote product and services.

  • You establish efficient communication channels and liaising between key customers and internal departments.

  • You handle customers' queries and find innovative solutions for complex problems. Moreover, you monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions.

  • You manage the yearly agreements (Business Reviews, Price Negotiations, etc.) with customers and set up objectives and goals to achieve business.

  • You ensure a streamlined sales process for efficiency and productivity.

  • Finally, you are responsible for Tender Management.

What we expect

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, sales, or any other related field.

  • You acquired a minimum of two years' experience as a strategic account manager or similar.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of customer relationship strategies and you are passionate about sales.

  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

  • You have great problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management capacities.

  • You bring along a high sense of energy and flexibility. You are self-dependent and result oriented.

  • You are fluent in German and English. French and/or Italian are a plus.
