As a Asset Reliability Engineer, you create chemistry by...
Facilitating and maintaining the site criticality analysis and improvement efforts to reduce risk for the site.
Leading the development of the maintenance budget and oversee spending throughout the year for your area.
Defining the PM/PdM and sparing strategy for your area of the plant to improve site reliability based on equipment criticality.
Overseeing and facilitating bad actor program for your area to reduce losses and spending related to bad actor equipment.
Supporting the development of a capex plan to improve site reliability and sustainability.
Overseeing and facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA’s) to support area improvements.
If you...
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical).
Have 5+ years work experience preferably in maintenance, reliability, or operations in the petrochemical industry.
Are a strong team player with the ability to communicate well with people throughout the organization.
Possess strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker.
Are familiar with Lean/Six sigma (preferred but not required).
Have experience working with SAP (preferred but not required).
