Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will be Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and responsible to assist with the control of material receipt, unloading, storage, and supply to the Regina Production Facility. Assist with streamlining warehouse storage procedures and processes to achieve efficiencies with safety as a major consideration. Order warehouse supplies and improve productivity with product placement optimization. Provide and administer the assembly, loading and documentation of Canadian and International finished product, receipt of inbound materials and operational supplies, product requisitions, and non-inventory shipments as required by the Crop Protection/Production Business. The Warehouse Person is to perform material handling services for the storage, selection and distribution of material in accordance with internal and external Environmental Health and Safety standards, International, Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations.

Formula for Success

· Comply with: Transportation of Dangerous Goods, 49CFR and International Air Transport Association regulations.

· Operate lift trucks for the purpose of loading/unloading and warehouse placement/retrieval of finished goods and raw materials at the Regina Facility.

· Adopt and comply with all Corporate Health and Safety Standards, Policies and Procedures.

· Accept and inspect all raw materials, packaged goods and returned products, ensuring product suitability, quantity, and condition.

· Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Execute and support all internal programs (Continuous Improvement, 5S, Lean and Kiazen)

· Support Warehouse KPI’s

· SAP knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.
