Administrative Assistant – Sales and Marketing (1903347) – Research Triangle Park, NC

The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support for the Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS) North American Sales and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include organizing customer and team meetings, supporting industry events and national conference, as well as on-boarding of new employees and commercial contract administration. Coordination of travel, expenses and calendar management is also required. Experience with organizing, coordinating and event planning will be very beneficial. This position will require excellent communication skills.

Basic qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree

• 5 years previous Administrative assistance experience including event management in a mid to large organization

• Experience with SAP

• Advance experience in working with MS Office tools

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or Communication
