Leading the development, implementation, and execution of Marketing Plans for the Corn Post Herbicide business in the US Ag Solutions crop protection market.
Developing clear business plans and identifying and tracking plan metrics, financial objectives, and implementation strategies and tactics with sales, technical service, and senior management.
Leading a business core team to develop the launch plan for new product concepts and future launches.

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Agriculture related discipline or related.
Have relevant Marketing/Sales Agricultural experience.
Have experience in managing post herbicides for corn, including operational forecasting.
Have business acumen in managing workstreams for program and marketing mix changes.
Can provide strategic direction and oversight to marketing communications and campaign teams.
Can demonstrate a clear understanding of brand strategy and ensure its execution.
Collaborate with strategic account managers, Field Marketing Managers, and other functions.
Have knowledge of the US Agricultural Solutions crop protection market and familiarity with relevant regulations and industry trends.
Have strong project management skills.
Extensive interpersonal and cross-group/function collaboration skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
