Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a Customer Experience Digital Product Manager at our Research Triangle Park, NC location. In this role, you will lead new system implementation, measure acceptance, and manage system retirement without interrupting effectiveness of daily operations. You will conduct business and solution feasibility analysis and change management and perform requirements specification elicitation for multiple channels and platforms. You will also articulate business requirements to technical resources, while providing guidance and direction on SOE (Systems of Engagement) solutions and drive agile methodology including prioritization of product backlogs aligned with business and customer experience priorities. Additionally, you will lead complex projects requiring integration between local, regional, and global systems and participate in large-scale deployments and mitigate risks.
Travel for this role is expected to be up to 20% international and domestic travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate that you are a Power user of Salesforce.com with significant experience with enterprise business applications and designing business processes. You will also get to share your ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges.
Formula for Success
Demonstrating your Salesforce.com or related Customer Relationship Management software user experience, you will be the Regional Product Owner for the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and the Regional Power User.
Working with a high sense of urgency and commitment to execution, you will support agile methodology including prioritization of product backlogs aligned with business and customer experience priorities.
Applying your strong data analysis skills and ability to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions (Tableau experience a plus), you will research solutions through stakeholder interviews, research, surveys and feedback and gather intelligence from key stakeholders about needs and future growth. You will also gather feedback for product enhancements through analysis of support calls, tickets and direct stakeholder feedback.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will partner with product owners and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
Being a motivated self-starter, you will assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Leveraging your Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Decision Sciences/Analytics, Computer Science/Technology or a related field and your experience translating user needs into business requirements for digital solutions, you will evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and systems and evaluate & recommend solutions based on user behavior/insights.
Your effective presentation and verbal & written communication skills will serve you well as you develop and present new product business cases to stakeholders, vendors, technical users, and senior leadership. You will also author user stories and other requirements documents to inform software development across multiple channels and platforms.
Your strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to positively impact business performance will be essential as you create project management documentation as needed and capture testing scenarios from business stakeholders.
