As a Digital Innovation Manager at AgroStart by BASF you are leading the way in identifying and implementing new digital business models, fostering an innovation culture, and improving branding and positioning of AgroStart in the agricultural innovation ecosystem.
As a Digital Innovation Manager - AgroStart , You Create Chemistry By...
The Digital Innovation Manager will oversee the entire process of implementing new digital business models, from identifying challenges, finding solutions, proving their value, implementing, and scaling them up.
Leading the consulting process on technology adoption and digital innovation by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, identify new technological solutions, and provide recommendations based on potential return on investment and alignment with business and strategic goals.
Actively scout for emerging digital technologies and digital trends relevant to the agricultural sector, with an emphasis on finding solutions that drive business growth, efficiency and a better customer experience.
Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization and help build capabilities for a better partner experience, including the responsibility of establishing an intrapreneurship program
Maintaining strong relationships with external partners and leverage these relationships to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
Developing and executing strategies to improve AgroStart’s and BASF’s branding and positioning as an innovative company within the agricultural sector.

Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Social Science, Economic, Agriculture or related fields (MBA preferred)
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital innovation, who has successfully led and executed innovation projects from ideation to scaling.
Having strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies and trends, and their application in the agricultural industry.
Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to navigate in a complex and changing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
Having experience in technology scouting and adoption or venture capital experience, preferably within the agricultural sector,
Possessing experience in setting up and running an Intrapreneurship program successfully is preferred.
