Where the chemistry happens…
The Head of Global Technical Marketing & Stewardship P&SS (Professional & Specialty Products) will lead the Global Technical Marketing team and community, provide guidance and steering for all technical marketing colleagues in the regions and countries. You create a stronger exchange/learning on technical marketing across geographic markets, amongst others via procedures, processes, templates and digital info exchange. Key is to deliver consistent quality and curation of content to make strongest commercial impact as they develop global resources for local technical marketing on science behind products.
In this role you also carry stewardship responsibilities for P&SS and design and implement guidance, training and manage proper use of products. You are hands-on, create stewardship guidance and documentation and work with the technical marketing community for implementation. Activities include assessing our portfolio for stewardship needs, guidelines for AI’s and products, steer incident reports and evaluate new proposed uses for stewardship requirements and needs.

With your previous management experience, you know how to lead a team of global technical marketeers responsible for the development global resources for local technical marketing on science behind products, creating collateral and interactive documentation that shows how our product works, including features and best practices
Your vast experience is building communities is the key success factor to create, develop, and nurture a product-focused technical community and build relationships and trust with this community, that provide support to internal and external stakeholders to promote the use of our products.
Your experience with EHS, helps to continuously assess our P&SS portfolio for stewardship needs and create guidelines for AI’s and products (global guidance documents) and you work with the technical marketing team and steer towards full implementation of stewardship activities at a local level
With your comprehensive knowledge of our markets and how customers use our products, you work to prevent incidents, manage them if they occur, and evaluate new proposed uses for stewardship requirements and needs.
Your ability to work across global and regional functions and your understanding of how to operate in a matrix organization, will help to successfully launch and manage products as you are part of the global marketing team, as well as the representative in the larger stewardship community.
