We are currently seeking a Manager, Insights & Analytics for our Agriculture Solutions business in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

As the regional Insights & Analytics Manager on the Customer Experience & Digital Strategy Team, you will be in a newly created position responsible for the strategic direction of analytics and reporting talent, tools and processes. You will develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Experience Measurement Strategy. You will evaluate, oversee and create the analytical output and metrics used to develop business, customer and market insights.
You will also lead a team of data scientists, whose objective will be to leverage models to deliver predictive advice and actionable insights across the region and within the US Crop, Professional & Specialty Solutions and Canadian businesses.
Formula for Success: You Will…
Develop and implement strategy for consistent performance metrics, including implementation of Net Promoter, a closed loop feedback system and comprehensive Voice of Customer program.
Proactively collaborate across business units to deeply understand user needs, consult to identify unmet business needs and deliver practical, speed of market solutions.
Drive the implementation of modern regional analytics and reporting platform and guide the retirement of legacy systems, collaborating to update governance and supporting decision processes.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a team focused on delivering world class predictive and prescriptive analytics and insights to business units and stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer teams, and leadership
Effective communication, training and storytelling that puts the business into the shoes of the customer, to use data to drive customer focused decisions.
Enable analysis, modeling, and data science to improve the overall customer experience. Connect to global digital unit on big data initiatives.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
7 years of experience generating business value with analytics, tools and processes
3 years of experience implementing Net Promoter or closed loop feedback systems.
Highly proficient in data visualization, text/speech/video analytics
Experience leading data scientist teams
Business acumen and ability to manipulate & analyze complex data sets to provide comprehensive insights
Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time, primarily domestic

MS, MBA or PhD
10 years of marketing, sales, business development and/or technical support experience
