Regional Nonconformance Coordinator (2002839) – Research Triangle Park, NC

Where the Chemistry Happens

The Agricultural Solutions Quality Assurance Team in North America is seeking a professional like you to lead the reporting, tracking, and analysis of nonconformance data for Regional Operations. As part of the Quality Excellence Team, you will collaborate with Customer Service, Manufacturing Services, Logistics, and Site Quality Teams to expedite nonconformance assignments and facilitate the closure process to support regional key performance indicators.

Formula for Success

  • Demonstrating your advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Power Pivot data models), you will audit and maintain data in AP Regional NCM tables (partners, plant codes, administration costs).

  • Leveraging your education and related experience, you will act as the gatekeeper for all non-conformances (NCs) and timely and accurately assign NCs to the appropriate coordinators/investigators/plants.

  • Utilizing your strong organizational skills, you will coordinate individual NCs - Assign investigators, monitor and prompt actions required to meet regional closure targets, review NCs for adherence to APN business rules/performance standards.

  • Your effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as your solid computer skills, will serve you well as you generate & update training documentation and deliver onboarding training to new members and refresher training to sustain skillsets among user community.Additionally, you will lead the NC Coordinator Community of Practice (CoP).

  • Leveraging Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma skillsets / tools, you will identify opportunities and implement solutions that simplify and enhance the NCM process while adhering to Global and Regional Business Rules.

  • Your experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferably with SAP - Order to Cash, NCM module, test script generation experience) will be critical as yoy assist in troubleshooting errors and provide guidance to the NCM system user base for the region.

  • Your experience with data analysis and presentation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be essential as you acquire raw data, perform trend analysis, maintain pivot tables, partner files, and relevant dashboards, and prepare / publish reports as required.Reporting activities include NCM performance, Net Promoter System (NPS), Simplification projects, and other Quality excellence initiatives as they develop.
