Sculpteo is an online based Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing Service Bureau with its headquarters based in Paris, France and North American operations based in San Leandro, California. We specialize in 3D printing parts as an on-demand rapid manufacturer of prototypes and production parts. We do business globally and offer our customers rapid turnaround times and deliver customer orders worldwide. Our customers span across all industries and choose to work with us for the high quality of parts we provide coupled with our elevated level of customer support.

We are seeking a self-driven individual with sales experience in nurturing new customers to close business, while retaining existing customer business through positive relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction. Above all, we need a deeply motivated team member with a strong sense of team spirit who is an adaptable, dedicated, focused, versatile and open-minded individual.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), is incredibly well organized, and is excited at the opportunity of learning the ins and outs of a cutting-edge industry. Formula for Success

  • Demonstrating your ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute while managing time effectively, you will manage and prioritize incoming customer requests from multiple sources (i.e. email, phone calls, chats, event leads) in a respectful, efficient, considerate, accurate and timely fashion.

  • Relying on any prior experience you may have in a highly technical space or working in technical and/or awareness of the Additive Manufacturing industry’s latest technology advancements and applications, you will assist customers in identifying the best technology, material and finishing combination to meet their project requirements.

  • Being self-motivated, responsible and dedicated, you will acknowledge and process customer Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO). You will also set up & manage customer requirements (quote & order) and accounts.

  • Leveraging your education and prior experience working in a customer facing sales role, you will establish & Manage Customer Accounts while building and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Having a team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow, you will co-manage your Key Accounts with the Business Development Director and/or General Manager.

  • Your proven track record of providing customers with a positive customer service experience will be a valued asset as you report on customer issues to the supervisor and offer solutions to meet customers’ satisfaction.

  • Applying your excellent attention to detail and thoroughness, you will track customer complaints and coordinate with the Production team for Quality Control analysis.

  • Maintaining a positive, customer focused attitude at all times, you will notify customers of potential manufacturing challenges with their 3D models, as instructed by the Production team.

  • Your working knowledge of Windows systems and different software programs such as CRM, OMS, Google Suite, and Hubspot, will be essential as you place orders on the customers’ behalf.

  • Your effective verbal and written communication skills in English will serve you well as youcommunicate with shipping agencies to resolve any issues with late deliveries.

  • Successfully engaging within the organization, you will support other departments within the organization requiring logistical assistance or acting towards greater Customer Satisfaction.
