What you can expect

Within our unit, you will advise and support managers and function as a point of contact for auditors/contractual partners.

  • You will independently perform the operational planning/forecasting on behalf of the operational/functional units and will prepare monthly reports and analyses of costs, discrepancies and structures.

  • You will identify and leverage potential for optimization in reports, reporting processes and reporting systems and will advance harmonization and automation for the business with external parties.

  • You will also work on special topics for the operational/functional units and for the site as a whole.

  • You will monitor key data on external business relationships through profit and loss statements using a monitoring tool, including maintaining and further developing the system.

  • Actively participating in and representing the interests and employees of the site in internal and global controlling projects will round out your duties.

What we expect

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration and have initial experience in the area of controlling or have completed a formal vocational training program in business and commerce and have several years of professional experience.

  • Thanks to your good analytical mindset, you drive the optimization of internal processes and structures in order to boost efficiency and ensure accurate results.

  • You will utilize your good to excellent English language skills together with excellent German language skills productively within our international teams.

  • You are an enthusiastic team player and are open to change.

  • An interest in IT-related topics and excellent MS Office and SAP R/3 skills complete your profile.
