What you can expect

Our maintenance teams are responsible for the technical safety and availability of production facilities and equipment. Working closely with the operations teams, we plan and realize all necessary maintenance measures and services in compliance with the available maintenance budget.

  • In this position, you will be responsible for maintenance and for the technical further development and evolution of electrical and automation engineering within your area of duties.

  • Furthermore you will ensure compliance with the statutory safety and environmental rules and regulations.

  • In cross-unit cooperation with others, you will undertake challenging tasks for ongoing and new production plants and equipment and will develop concepts for their entire life cycle.

  • You will optimize process flows, eliminate technical vulnerabilities and perform analyses to boost plant and equipment availability.

  • You will also be responsible for the further development of the maintenance strategy and for performing, monitoring and ensuring tests and checks related to the general plant and equipment condition and the functionality of the safety-related equipment.

  • Alongside managing the use of resources, you will actively contribute to the further development and evolution of our subject-specific expertise and will support QSHE work.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or automation technology and have professional experience in maintenance or engineering.

  • You are also familiar with presenting complex technical matters in a clear and easily understood way, already have experience at handling projects and are a proficient user of the standard MS Office applications and of SAP PM.

  • You are forward-looking and responsible in your thinking and actions with an eye to achieving the company's goals in the long term.

  • You are confident and communicative in your dealings with customers with an eye to providing them with the best possible advice and responding to their wishes and requests.
