We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support the Construction Systems’ Distribution business, reporting to the National Sales Manager Key Accounts & Distribution.
You will be responsible for managing the business relationship with a group of our distributors, growing their sales of specific BASF products and displacing competitive share. You will collaborate with other inside salespeople and our team of outside salespeople.
Formula for Success
Understand the needs of specific customers and provide relevant solutions.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
Establish and track sales targets and develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Maintain direct contact with all assigned customers.
Implement and manage the Integrated Customer Strategy initiatives as they apply to the Construction Systems Distribution business.
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to use them to persuade our distributors to expand their purchases of our products.
Interface with all departments within BASF Construction Systems to continuously improve business processes and resolve issues of service, product availability and product quality for customers.
Establish and support a safety culture in which all accidents are preventable
