What You'll Be Doing - The Financial Analyst supports the Finance and Controlling function within BCE USA by providing analytical support for senior management as well as for other management and personnel across the LLC. The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing variances, resolving challenging problems that could result in misleading financial statements, and for presenting results and accompanying recommendations to management. The Financial Analyst has a wide variety of expertise across areas such as Capital and Fixed Assets, Product Profitability and sales impact, Forecasting and Budgeting, and more.
Forecasting and Budgeting, both top-line and Fixed Costs
Product profitiablity analysis; being aware of all the various impacts on product costs and their downstream impacts
Capex, Fixed Asset, Inventory analysis and support
Support Industry Managers and Sales Managers with forward-looking analysis and presentations
Support for Sales Incentive Plan
Ad-hoc project support for Site Controllers as needed
Support for Accounting team as needed
Support for Controlling team in Mexico as needed

Shine With Colors & Effects! Do You Have What It Takes?
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5-8 years relevant work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
Manufacturing environment experience
Global company experience
Intellectual curiosity - to realize through analysis when something does not look correct or looks out of range - and pursue, within appropriate guidelines, to resolve the issue
Experience with Financial statements and analyzing variances, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Capex approval processes and the ability to evaluate new projects
Ability to communicate effectively in a global company, with multiple reporting chains, some international and some domestic
Forecasting and Budgeting, including assembling projections from multiple sources and presenting results to various levels of management
Familiarity with Accounting and the tasks of the Accounting team - Analyst may be called upon to support and work closely with that team
Flexibility amidst changing priorities - transition to Sun Chemical
Bonus Points

Direct SAP experience is highly preferred
