What You'll Be Doing - We’re seeking a professional like you to join our Logistics team and provide exceptional service to our customers by managing the customer sample process. We will rely on you to build loyal relationships and react quickly to questions; we expect you as a part of the Logistics Team to be problem-solving and solution "champions", delivering winning results to our customers.

You create sustainable solutions. Your ability to dig deep utilizing metrics, dashboards, ERP systems to investigate problems will allow you to find long lasting customer solutions in a timely fashion.
Engaging across the business to participate in cross functional continuous improvement projects with Supply Chain, Product Management, Global Customer Experience and sales to drive growth and improve the customer journey.
Thrive as an active team member. Serve as a secondary trainer for new hires and mentoring peers, along with actively backing up roles to ensure all customers are satisfied.

Shine With Colors & Effects! Do You Have What It Takes?
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel/Word) and web-based applications.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple PC applications.
Ability to interact with the customers in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or another business-related field. Knowledge and understanding of supply chain process, materials planning, or sales.
Knowledge and/or skills in SAP.
Developed business acumen.
Knowledge of Non-Conformance Management (NCM) process.
Solid understanding of consignment, VMI and customer portals, and eCommerce.
Do you have or are you working towards your APICS certification? Great!
If you have the ability to read, write, or speak a foreign language, that is a plus.
