HR Site Coordinator (1902384) – (White Stone/Spartanburg, SC)

Where the Chemistry Happens

As part of the HR team for Care Chemicals in North America, you will be accountable for providing administrative support, facilitating discussions and providing advice as related to our policies and procedures in all HR activities at our major sites in the USA.

You will use your skills and education to:

Manage and coordinate activities such as:

  • employee on-boarding & orientation

  • 3rd party contractors

  • personnel files

  • headcount

  • workforce development

  • organizational data updates and reporting

  • HR vendors

  • HR communication

  • policy & procedures

  • job descriptions

  • international assignments

  • internship/apprenticeship and summer students

  • medical programs

In addition, you will also be responsible for providing HR support in case of changes at the sites and foster safety and diversity. You will be the preferred contact partner or all processes and issues at our sites.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Five or more years of related experience

  • Proficiency and knowledge of current and progressive principles and practices of human resources management

  • Previous experience in working within a fast-moving business environment

  • Ability to deal with a broad range of tasks and also different persons and hierarchy levels
