We are currently seeking an Instrumentation & Electronics (I & E) Supervisor to join the Agricultural Solutions business (AP) in St Joseph, Missouri.
(1802241) – Process Engineer St Joseph, Missouri
Manage instrumentation, control system, and electrical systems. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all I and E functions. Coordinate and supervise multi trade contractors performing maintenance and capital project activities. Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
You will interact with contractors associated with capital project and maintenance activities
Will work with employees within the production facility
Work closely with the Production Manager, Supply Chain, and QA.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…
BS in Engineering or Technical Degree in electronics, HVAC or skilled trade experience
3 years’ experience/knowledge in the following fields: Manufacturing production equipment, operation, repair and maintenance
PC knowledge, spread sheets, and email experience
Process equipment PLC experience
Electrical and instrumentation experience
Strong understanding of P& ID diagrams and related process control techniques
High degree of mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting skills of process controls
We Also Look For…
ERP systems or specifically SAP skills preferred
Working knowledge of 5S and lean principles preferred
Supervision of contractors or direct report employees is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Software experience a plus
Strong technical working knowledge of implementing process control systems and networking
