What you can expect
Within our unit Innovation Processes this position aims to maximize the output and quality of new product and technology development according to business needs and strategy.
You identify and drive improvements in the productivity of EB's global technical community.
Furthermore, you drive the implementation and acceptance of our global approach to data science in the R&D and Technical Service Community.
You will implement and administer a global materials and testing database and implement machine learning capability.
You will act as community owner of our Design for Six Sigma capabilities and processes and liase with other global and regional LEAN Six Sigma initiatives.
Last but not least, you will drive global R&D efficiency efforts related to laboratory operations.
What we expect
You have successfully completed a scientific or chemical degree and have gained several years of professional experience in the R&D or in a related business environment.
You are familiar with business processes and project and change management.
You have considerable expertise with relevant Six Sigma initiatives.
In addition, you will be able to communicate complex issues to your target audience in an understandable and authentic manner.
