Customer Care Account Representative (1900737) – Wyandotte, MI

Where the Chemistry Happens

BASF is seeking a Customer Care Account Representative like you to act as the primary point of contact for communications and escalations as it relates to the daily fulfillment and execution of activities supporting our customer portfolios throughout the order fulfillment lifecycle.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your educational and/or professional background you will ensure a high level of quality service and delivery through the accurate processing and fulfillment of order requests, monitoring the progress of orders as they move through the order management process.

  • Utilizing analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will successfully manage order exceptions and issues, provide decision support and information cross functionally, expand customer relationships, and support a blend of transactional and strategic portfolio initiatives.

  • Demonstrating your exceptional customer care orientation will be vital as you collaborate and interface with functional teams and adapt to changing and competing priorities based on business needs.

  • Your commitment to continuous improvement, and analysis, and business acumen will be essential as you effectively streamline the order-to-cash workflow process.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is preferred.
