Customer Care Team Lead (1900843) –Wyandotte, MI

We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for the supervision of five to seven Customer Care Account Representatives (CCARs) while still maintaining order fulfillment responsibilities. You will aid in the development of the Customer Care team to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding the expectations of our customers. You will have a solid understanding of the overall PM organization strategy, how the order to cash process fits, and be a key contributor for development of internal KPIs and goals and objectives focused on execution and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your business acumen and thorough knowledge of customer order to cash processing/order management. You will utilize your computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERP system experience and your ability to communicate, analyze, and present data efficiently to a variety of audience types. Lastly, you will also have the opportunity to show your robust data analysis and strategic decision making abilities.

Formula for Success

  • Leveragingyour educational and professional background in CustomerCare, Supply Chain, IS, Sales, or in a commercial role, you will supervise the day-to-day and talent management activities offive to seven CCAR/Ss and have responsibility for order confirmation/materialmanagement, and communication between customers, business units and supplychain partners.

  • Demonstrating your proficiency intime management and prioritization of responsibilities, you will collaborate,audit, and manage workload distribution to ensure proper execution of the orderto cash and supporting processes.

  • Your adaptability and positiveleadership during change management situations, including ever changingworkload requirements, will be essential as you provide backup support for theCustomer Care Manager.

  • Utilizing your robust problem-solvingskills, you will identify, resolve and successfully close sensitive and/or highrisk issues that may impact the customer or BASF.

  • Yourproven organizational skills will be beneficial as you recognize, drive, andimplement efficiencies within a team environment.
