Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to serve as the Finance main point of contact for the Performance Materials (PM) business unit to understand their needs and partner with employees in the Finance Center of Excellence and Finance Shared Service Center to provide and be accountable for end to end Financial Services and Solutions. The Finance Business Manager (FBM) will also partner with the Business Unit Controller to provide financial guidance, oversight, and to ensure that prudent internal controls are maintained. The FBM will be responsible for managing and providing matrix leadership to a competency team, as well as manage and provide direction to a Finance Business Analyst. The FBM is a member of the Finance Business Segment Management Team.

Leveraging your extensive educational and professional background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, you will develop thorough understanding of core financial processes and practices within the designated business.
Your prior experience in Management/Cost Accounting, financial controls, SAP, and other technical accounting topics will enable you to be the key financial expert supporting the business
Successfully engaging across the business, you will effectively interact with a range of business leaders and teams.
