Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to join us in our team to lead and support continuous improvement through the application of Lean Six Sigma and related tools and methods.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your knowledge in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Process Design, or related field you will lead and manage Lean/Six Sigma/DFSS and other continuous improvement projects through all phases including project selection, definition, implementation, reporting, and closure.

  • Combining your Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge and your experience in a Black Belt position responsible for leading continuous improvement you will serve as a change agent that deploys Lean Six Sigma as a continuous improvement culture.

  • Utilizing your experience conducting Lean/Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma training and coaching Yellow Belts and Green Belts you will provide leadership, training, and coaching to Green Belts and other associates leading improvement projects and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Based on your experience in high-volume automotive part manufacturing environments you will be an expert resource and provide training on Lean Six Sigma and related tools and improvement methodologies.

  • In accordance with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as your ability to build teamwork and collaborate with all levels of the organization you will communicate improvement project progress, status, and issues to project champions and business leadership team as well as provide input into the identification, prioritization, and selection of continuous improvement opportunities
